The Australian Broadcasting Corporation have recently confirmed the air date for the upcoming Doctor Who special, The Waters of Mars, in Australia. The episode, which is written by Phil Ford and Russell T Davies, will air during December and will prepare The Doctor for his final two stories, which will air around Christmas in Britain in two parts. The Waters of Mars stars David Tennant as The Doctor alongside one-time companion Lindsay Ducan as Adelaide. They have confirmed that the special will air in Australia on ABC1 on Sunday the sixth of December this year, being shown in Australia thirteen days before it is in America. For those living in America remember that the special will be shown on Saturday the 19th of December at 9:00pm ET/PT on BBC America. As the show is made in Britain it will obviously be shown here first on the fifteenth of November at 7:00pm via BBC One and BBC HD (for better quality and better sound). It has also been confirmed that Torchwood Children of Earth shall air on ABC2 on/from January 3rd next year. "Mars, 2059. Bowie Base one. Last recorded message: don't drink the water. Don't even touch it. Not one drop." Now England, America and Australia can not wait!
