The Broadcasters Audience Research Board Reveal The Eternity Trap's Final Viewing Figures

The final viewing figures for The Eternity Trap have recently been revealed by the Broadcasters Audience Research Board (BARB). The two part story is taken from the third series of The Sarah Jane Adventures and was written by Phil Ford. Both the episodes featured Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith with Thomas Knight, Daniel Anthony and Anjli Mohindra as Luke Smith, Clyde Langer and Rani Chandra. The story saw the team encounter Erasmus Darkening in a haunted house. Part one of The Eternity Trap was first broadcast on the fifth of November at 4:35pm on BBC One. This broadcast managed to achieve an official viewing figure of 1.14 million, meaning it was watched by this many people. Part two of The Eternity Trap was first broadcast on the sixth of November at 4:35pm on BBC One. This broadcast managed to achieve an official viewing figure of 0.93 million. These ratings are average and a similar to what the show usually achieves. The two episodes were also shown on BBC HD, but the official figures are not available. The official ratings for Mona Lisa's Revenge and The Gift are to be revealed soon. The Sarah Jane Adventures returns next year, most likely starting in Autumn, from September or October.
