The Sarah Jane Adventures The Gift Part Two To Broadcast Later This Afternoon on BBC One

The third series of The Sarah Jane Adventures will continue today with the second part of this year's final story, The Gift. The synopsis for today's episode reads: When the Blathereens' gift runs riot, Sarah Jane faces the battle of her life to save her son, Luke, as The Sarah Jane Adventures concludes. With Clyde, Rani and K9 trapped in a school under siege, and the whole of London convulsing under the alien threat, everything heads for a final showdown in the attic – and not everyone is getting out alive. The Gift features Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith alongside Thomas Knight as Luke Smith, Daniel Anthony as Clyde Langer and Anjli Mohindra as Rani Chandra. The episode also marks the return of the Slitheen, who previously starred in four episodes of series one and in series one of Doctor Who. Part two of The Gift will air today, Friday the twentieth of November, at 4:35pm on BBC One. It will also air in higher definition on BBC HD at the same time. The third series of The Sarah Jane Adventures will, after tonight's episode, have finished. The BBC have however previously confirmed that a fourth series of The Sarah Jane Adventures has been scheduled and it is thought it shall air in Autumn next year.
